1984 - 1992 Graduate student of St.Petersburg State Polytechnical University

1992 - Obtained MS Degree

1992 - present Senior Staff Scientist at Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute

2003 - Obtained the PhD degree on physics and mathematics with thesis “Experimental methods for characteristics investigation of heterostructure solar cells and PV modules with sunlight concentrators”

2010 - Completed courses of specialized training in the company OERLIKON Solar on the topic “Thin film technology for PV modules”;

2011 - Completed from advanced training courses in the “Academy of standardization, metrology and certification” (Moscow, Russia) on the topic "Methods and means of metrological support of nanotechnology and analytical control of nanomaterials”.
